Base Protocol Leader: Plans to launch stablecoins for every global currency on Base this year

Coinbase co-founder and CEO Brain Armstrong posted on the X platform that Canada, Nigeria, and Brazil have recently launched stablecoins on Base, and it is likely that more countries will choose to launch stablecoins on Base. In response, Jesse, the head of the Base protocol, said that his goal is to launch stablecoins on Base for each global currency this year.
