SlowMist CISO: Binance SMS phishing attack discovered that can appear in official conversation threads

Slow Mist Chief Information Security Officer @im23pds posted a reminder on social media that there have been recent SMS phishing attacks against Binance users. The phishing text messages appeared in the conversation thread of Binance's official text messages, and they appeared in the same context as the previous official text messages and shared the same channel. @im23pds analysis said that the possible explanation is that the SMS channel was used or hijacked by phishers.
