U.S. stocks closed on Tuesday, with the Dow initially closing up 0.37 percent, the S & P 500 index down 0.47 percent, and the Nasdaq down 1.3 percent. Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 8.3 percent, NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 2.8 percent, cryptocurrency concepts fell, Strategy (MSTR. O) fell 11 percent, and Coinbase (COIN. O) fell more than 6 percent.
