On February 25th, the Ali Qwen team announced on social media this morning the release of a new reasoning model - Deep Thinking (QwQ). This is a Qwen2.5-Max-based reasoning model supported by QWQ-MAX-PREVIEW. Blue Whale News found that similar to DeepSeek R1 and kimi's reasoning model, QwQ can support both deep thinking and online search, and will demonstrate the complete thinking chain. Qwen team said that the official version of QWQ-MAX will be released soon, and the synchronization will release Android and iOS applications, as well as smaller models that can be deployed on local devices, such as QWQ-32B.
