The Polkadot community is passing Web3 Foundation Proposal 498, which aims to set aside 10 million DOTs from the national treasury to solidify Kusama as the premier hub for advanced Web3 technologies, including zero-knowledge (ZK) innovation, artistic, and personality-proof experiments.
This fulfills a pre-launch commitment to invest 1% of the original DOT supply (10 million DOT) to increase Kusama's value proposition.
