On February 23rd, according to Arkham monitoring, an unmarked suspected institutional address (0xbA... 85ae) is being OTC with Bybit. Since yesterday, the institutional address has transferred 22,600 ETH to Bybit Deposit in 5 installments, and 73.59 million USDT has been withdrawn from Bybit.
