商务部新闻发言人：中方注意到有关情况。2024年3月以来，中美双方已就美对华海事、物流和造船业相关调查开展多轮沟通。中方反复申明对301调查看法，并提供中方立场非文件，要求美方回归理性客观，停止将美国内产业发展问题甩锅到中方头上。但遗憾的是，美方还是一意孤行，在错误的道路上越走越远。中方敦促美方尊重事实和多边规则，停止错误做法。中方将密切关注美方动向，并采取必要手段捍卫自身合法权益。
