The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a notice saying that Elon Musk's rocket manufacturing company SpaceX plans to conduct the next test flight of the Starship launch vehicle as early as February 26. The notice also pointed out that if the launch plan on the 26th cannot be carried out, the company has selected a date between February 26 and March 6 as an alternate launch window.
