Ethereum protocol Heroglyphs publishes white paper V0

Ethereum protocol Heroglyphs has announced the release of white paper V0, which intends to use new tokens to incentivize ETH independent stakers. It also adds some PoW (proof of work) elements to Ethereum's PoS (proof of stake). It is reported that Heroglyph mining will ensure that all complete validators will receive participation rewards, regardless of their staking size or whether they are selected as block proponents. In addition, the Heroglyphs white paper V1 is scheduled to be released this Friday.
