4月18日讯，市场消息显示，厦门岛内购房首付比例下调。4月18日，记者从建设银行、工商银行、农业银行厦门分行处了解到，该消息确实为真，厦门岛内首套房首付比例最低20%，二套房首付比例最低30%，从4月17日起执行。对于首付比例下降，厦门岛内多位房产中介人员表示，购房首付比例确实下调了。一位中介人员告诉记者，“没有正式的文件，各个银行通知到我们的。”
