纳斯达克上市比特币矿企BitFuFu宣布已签署最终协议收购俄克拉荷马州比特币矿场，该矿场运营规模为51MW，交易价格为40万美元/MW，由BitFuFu资产负债表中的现金和普通股提供资金，据悉随着AntMiner S21系列矿机的部署，该站点开采一个比特币的平均现金成本将低至18,000美元（不包括折旧）。
