中国法院判决投资加密货币合同无效

2月21日消息，据曼昆：近期江苏省高院发布一则涉外典型案例，案例中的一位新加坡投资者与中国公民合作投资加密货币，法院判决“合同无效、风险自担”，新加坡投资者的数百万本金血本无归。中国法院直接判决合同无效，理由是：虚拟货币投资在中国属于非法金融活动，违反公序良俗。
