On February 21, the Hang Seng Technology Index rose more than 5%, hitting a new high in three years, the Hang Seng Index rose 3%; Alibaba (09988.HK) rose 13%, Bilibili (09626.HK) rose more than 13%, Lenovo Group (00992.HK) rose more than 12%, Huahong Semiconductor (01347.HK) rose more than 11%, SMIC International (00981.HK) rose more than 7% to continue to brush record highs.
