澳门立法会表决通过取消不动产交易三税法案

4月18日讯，澳门楼市全面撤辣。澳门特区立法会18日下午举行全体会议，一般性及细则性表决通过《取消与不动产需求管理相关的税务措施》法案，具体内容包括取消特别印花税、额外印花税和取得印花税，法案自公布翌日生效。澳门特区政府经济财政司司长李伟农表示，上述政策的初心是政府希望房地产稳定供应、健康可持续发展。
