Bitcoin staking platform Acre completed a $4 million strategic financing, with participation from Draper Dragon, Big Brain Holdings and Orange DAO.
Acre co-founder and CEO Laura Wallendal said the round was in the form of a future equity simple agreement and token subscription rights, and Wallendal said the $90 million valuation represents a fully diluted valuation for the yet-to-be-launched ACRE token.
