NYSE-listed Eason Technology announced the acquisition of Hong Kong blockchain security and technology company Starlux Intelligent. The acquisition amount and transaction terms have not been disclosed yet. After the acquisition is completed, Eason Technology will explore digital technology and blockchain-based real estate operations related businesses, and plans to complete the development and launch of the first blockchain product in the second quarter of 2025.
