Token Bay Capital receives approval in principle from the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority

Venture capital fund manager Token Bay Capital has received approval in principle from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), which will enable Token Bay to manage token and equity investments in early-stage cryptocurrency startups under the FSRA's Venture Capital Fund Managers (VCFM) framework. The company also plans to open a new office in Abu Dhabi to coincide with the launch of its second fund.
