香港证监会制定新路线图以推动香港发展为全球虚拟资产中心

香港证监会今日发布新制定的“ASPIRe”路线图，列出五大支柱下的12项主要措施，以加强香港虚拟资产市场的安全性、创新和增长。“ASPIRe”路线图的五大支柱，分别为连接（Access）、保障（Safeguards）、产品（Products）、基建（Infrastructure）和联系（Relationships）（见附件）。这些措施将促进全球流动性的接达，实现以安全为本的适应性合规和产品框架，并推动传统金融利用内存块链技术的性能进行基础设施的升级。(金十)
