港股上市公司博雅互动发布自愿性公告，披露已与MTT ESports Limited签署认购代币权证，将以4,180,749枚泰达币（USDT）作为对价对MTT ESports进行进一步投资（第二次投资），第二次投资完成后博雅互动将获取MTT 代币（「MTT代币」）之发行总量的10%，即2.1亿枚的MTT代币，预期所获MTT代币将从2026年1月开始线性解锁，约48个月内解锁完毕。第二次投资完成后，博雅互动对MTT ESports的投资总价值相当于约1000万美元。
