According to Eastnet, Hong Kong-listed company Kingkey Financial International announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Kingkey Securities intends to submit an application to the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission to seek consent to provide virtual asset trading services under the Integrated Account Arrangement and introduce virtual asset consulting services.
The board of directors of the company has stated that the introduction of advisory services related to these assets will greatly expand the scope of the group's services. If potential applications are submitted and approved to launch virtual asset trading and advisory services targeting retail clients, it is expected to expand the client base and diversify its service scope.
