On April 17, Tether issued USDT worth $437 million, redeemed USDT worth $142 million (net increase in issuance 295 million USDT), USDT worth about $100 million was issued to addresses starting with 0x5c (suspected Bitfinex forwarding address), and USDT worth about $81 million was issued to 0x77 card head address (suspected Bitfinex 1 wallet address).
