欧洲领导人：没有欧洲参与的俄乌冲突谈判“不可接受”

围绕美方推动“单方面”与俄罗斯就俄乌冲突展开谈判，欧洲多国领导人日前在出席慕尼黑安全会议（慕安会）期间表示，没有欧洲国家和乌克兰参与的谈判“不可接受”。德国基督教民主联盟主席默茨在慕安会上表示，欧洲必须参与结束乌克兰战争的谈判，“俄罗斯和美国在没有乌克兰和欧洲国家参与的情况下进行谈判，这绝对不可接受”。芬兰总统斯图布在慕安会期间告诉媒体记者：“没有欧洲人，我们无法就乌克兰的未来或欧洲安全结构进行讨论或谈判。但欧洲需要团结起来，少说多做。”
