Dell plans to reach a $5 billion AI server deal with Musk's xAI

Dell plans to provide $5 billion worth of AI servers to Musk's xAI, which will be powered by Nvidia GB200 GPUs and is expected to be delivered in 2025. Shares in Dell rose 4% on the news. XAI completed a $6 billion financing last December, and some of the funds will be used to purchase GPUs.
