Ordinals founder confirms that the Runes protocol is only hardcoding rune 0

On April 18th, Casey Rodarmor, founder of Ordinals, said at the Discord community meeting that the Runes protocol only hardcoding the No. 0 rune, that is, "UNCOMMON • GOODS". The other 9 token names are no longer hardcoding into the Runes protocol because they are not very creative. According to Casey's previous plan, the Runes protocol will hardcode the No. 0-9 rune, that is, all the first 10 runes.
