据Fox Business记者 Eleanor Terrett 称，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已正式受理 Grayscale 及 NYSE 提交的 19b-4 申请，拟将 Grayscale XRP 信托基金（$XRP Trust）转换为交易所交易基金（ETF）。虽然这并不意味着自动批准，也不能保证 SEC 最终会同意该申请，但这一进展显示出 SEC 对加密 ETF 的态度更加开放，而非直接拒绝考虑此类产品。
此前，因 SEC 立场强硬，交易所曾撤回 Solana ETF 申请。然而，此次 SEC 接受 XRP ETF 申请表明，LTC、DOGE、SOL、XRP 等加密 ETF 仍有获批的可能。SEC 预计将在几天内将该申请发布至《联邦公报》，届时 240 天的审批窗口将正式开启。此外，Bitwise、21Shares、Canary Funds 和 WisdomTree 等机构的 XRP ETF 申请仍在等待 SEC 处理。
