Stablecoin company Plasma announced the completion of a $24 million financing round, led by Framework Ventures, with participation from cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex, venture capitalist Peter Thiel and Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino. It is reported that the funds raised in this round will be used to launch the Plasma blockchain in the early second quarter of this year.
