Mr. Musk hailed his forthcoming chatbot, Grok 3, as one that would outperform all other artificial intelligence models to date and said the world would see it in a few weeks. "Sometimes I think Grok 3 is terribly smart," Mr. Musk said via video at the World Government Summit in Dubai on Thursday.
He said the upcoming model was trained on synthetic data and was able to reflect on mistakes made by repeatedly looking at the data to achieve logical consistency. "We are in the final stages of polishing Grok 3 and it will probably be released in a week or two, so it's coming soon," he said, adding that he did not want to be "sloppy" in releasing the AI model.
