On February 13, Oracle founder Larry Ellison said at the World Government Summit in Dubai that to use AI to improve government services and security, countries should integrate all data, including spatial, economic, electronic health records (genetic data), infrastructure information, and more, into a single database for AI analysis. He believes this will improve health care, agriculture, and social services, and help governments fight fraud.
Ellison last year publicly backed real-time monitoring, saying Oracle-powered AI systems analysed social behaviour to keep people "at their best". In addition, Oracle is investing in 2.2GW supercomputing data centres, expected to cost $50 billion to $100 billion, and participating in the $500 billion Stargate AI infrastructure plan to further promote global AI development.
