2月13日消息，据thirdweb公告，公司已正式收购去中心化社交平台Yup，以增强其Web3社交SDK能力，并支持Farcaster与Lens Protocol生态。Yup由Nir Kabessa（CEO）和Vernon Johnson（CTO）创立，专注去中心化社交与身份协议，其创始人将分别担任thirdweb的高级产品经理和高级软件工程师。此次收购旨在推动可移植身份、防审查机制及创作者变现工具的建设，进一步加速Web3社交应用发展。Yup平台将在未来几周内逐步关闭，但YUP代币仍将保持链上流通。
