美国企业家埃隆·马斯克等投资人当地时间2月10日提议“以974亿美元竞购”由其参与创建的美国开放人工智能研究中心(OpenAI)的非营利性母公司。对此，2月11日在法国巴黎出席人工智能行动峰会的OpenAI首席执行官萨姆·奥尔特曼再次强调“公司不卖”，并表示，“如果马斯克愿意谈”，那么他将“很乐意收购推特（即社交媒体平台X）”。奥尔特曼还表示，“愿意在人工智能领域与中国合作，并将为此尽最大努力，因为这很重要。” (CCTV国际时讯)
