Citi: Ethereum is underperforming, but Ethereum TVL is on the rise

In a research note on Monday, Citibank (C) said that ETH has not performed well so far this year, falling more than 20%, but the fundamentals are improving and the total locked value (TVL) on the Ethereum blockchain has risen significantly. Citi noted that TVL on the Ethereum network has risen significantly, while Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are still flowing in and search interest is rising.
