Upbit will list Solayer (LAYER) Korean won, BTC and USDT trading pairs

According to the official announcement, Upbit will list LAYER's KRW, BTC and USDT trading pairs, and will open the token recharge business at 21:00 (UTC + 9) on February 11 to support the Solana network.
