港股午评：恒指收涨1.43% 恒指今早创四个月来高位

2月10日讯，周末美国总统特朗普表示计划公布对等关税措施，另外进一步推迟对取消小额包裹豁免的措施。恒指今早高开90点报21223点，升幅随即扩大，最多升385点报21518点，创去年10月10日以来高位。截至收盘，恒指早盘收涨1.43%，科指早盘收涨1.82%，恒指大市成交额1353.5亿港元。盘面上，医疗设备、纸业、药品分销走强，电信股表现亮眼，Deepseek概念股延续上周强势；消闲娱乐、新能源物料、餐饮股走低，芯片股回调。个股方面，阿里健康(00241.HK)涨超8.5%，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)、美团(03690.HK)、京东健康(06618.HK)、百度(09888.HK)均涨超4%，东方甄选(01797.HK)跌超2.5%，李宁(02331.HK)、小鹏汽车(09868.HK)均跌近2%。
