Beijing Exchange Optimizes Direct Connection Mechanism Arrangement

On April 17, the reporter learned from relevant channels that recently, the Beijing Stock Exchange issued the "Notice on Matters Concerning the Optimization Arrangement of the Direct Link Mechanism" to securities firms. The notice states that the National Equity Transfer Company and the Beijing Stock Exchange have recently optimized some working arrangements of the direct link mechanism. The notice states that, in addition to strategic emerging industries, the main business is supported and encouraged to apply the direct link mechanism to companies applying for listing in the future industrial field. Support and encourage national-level specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises and manufacturing single champion enterprises that meet the requirements to apply the direct link mechanism. There is no need for listed companies and host securities firms to demonstrate whether the main business of the two types of enterprises belongs to strategic emerging industries or future industrial fields.
