当地时间2月7日，硅谷知名风险投资家、前脸书高管查马斯·帕里哈皮提亚在社交媒体X平台发文称：“（美国）国会预算办公室近期报告说，海军计划在未来30年内，每年花费400亿美元（总计1.2万亿美元）购买364艘船，每艘船约30亿美元。但如果海军愿意的话，他们其实可以用这笔钱的一小部分来购买10000多架武装无人机，从而在全球范围内实现覆盖。”随后，马斯克随即转发该帖文写道：“美国的武器项目需要彻底重做。目前的战略是以高昂的价格制造少量武器来应对昨天的战争。除非立即做出重大改变，否则美国将在下一场战争中惨败。”
