肯塔基州众议员 TJ Roberts 发起 HB376 法案，该法案将允许肯塔基州将最多 10% 的州基金投资于市值超过 7500 亿美元的数字资产。肯塔基州由此成为美国第 16 个提出比特币储备相关法案的州。该法案被称为《2025 年通货膨胀保护法案》。
