2 月 6 日消息，加密货币交易所 Kraken 联合创始人 Jesse Powell 向旧金山高等法院提起诉讼，指控 Steiner 街 2500 号公寓楼的合作社董事会歧视性地阻止其购房。
起诉书称，Powell 遭拒的原因包括其与加密货币行业的关联、他在 2023 年初住所被 FBI 搜查的经历，以及他对保守派事业的支持。Powell 表示，该公寓楼董事会在未给出明确理由的情况下否决了他的购房申请。目前，该公寓楼一套 325 平方米的房产挂牌价接近 1000 万美元。
