National Development and Reform Commission: Accelerate the legislative process of the Private Economy Promotion Law

On April 17, Yuan Da, deputy secretary-general of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the Comprehensive Department of National Economy, said at the press conference that in the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will further increase its efforts, do a good job in overall planning and coordination, accelerate the legislative process of the Private Economy Promotion Law, continuously improve the system and mechanism of adhering to the "two unswerving", accelerate the requirement of equal treatment of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises from the system and law, and effectively play the role of the rule of law as a solid foundation, stable expectations, and long-term benefits.
