OpenAI CEO Discusses AI Collaboration with Indian Government, Including GPUs, Models, and Apps

On February 5, India's Minister of Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw has just posted on social media platform X that he has met with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman to discuss artificial intelligence (AI) strategies involving GPUs, models and applications. Vaishnaw said that OpenAI intends to cooperate with India in these three areas and applauds Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of democratizing technology.
