US tech stocks fell premarket, with Google (GOOG. O) down 7 per cent on fourth-quarter revenues that missed market expectations and Apple (AAPL. O) down 2.4 per cent, according to Golden Ten. China-based stocks fell in tandem, with Pinduoduo (PDD. O) down 5 per cent and Li Auto (LI. O) down 3 per cent.
