此次调整无需硬分叉即可完成，为网络扩容提供支持。值得注意的是，以太坊上一次 Gas 上限调整发生在 2021 年，当时从 1500 万提升至 3000 万。尽管 Dencun 升级已改善网络扩容性能，但随着 DApp 需求增长，Gas 上限调整仍显必要。
