2月3日讯，俄罗斯副总理诺瓦克表示，欧佩克+联合部长级监督委员会（JMMC）讨论了美国总统特朗普提高石油产量的呼吁。诺瓦克在接受俄罗斯电视台采访时表示，委员会同意欧佩克+将从4月1日开始逐步增加石油产量，这与此前的计划一致。特朗普此前公开呼吁欧佩克+及其主要成员国沙特降低油价，称这样做将结束俄乌冲突。当被问及特朗普的言论是否在JMMC会议上被讨论时，诺瓦克回答说：“这个话题以某种方式被部分触及。”
