2月2日消息，美国东部时间2月1日晚8时许，美白宫发布事实清单，宣布以芬太尼等问题为由对中国输美产品加征10%关税。中方对此强烈不满，坚决反对。美方单边加征关税的做法严重违反世贸组织规则，不仅无益于解决自身问题，也对中美正常经贸合作造成破坏。对于美方的错误做法，中方将向世贸组织提起诉讼，并将采取相应反制措施坚定维护自身权益。（商务部网站）
