Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner Digihost announced that it has reached a $5.35 million private placement financing agreement with some investors (details of the investors have not been disclosed yet). The private placement is subject to all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed around February 5, 2025. Digihost, listed on Nasdaq in 2021, mined 35 BTC in December last year. As of December 31, 2024, the company held cash. BTC and cash deposits are approximately $10 million.
