德州证券交易所从Jump Trading等超48家投资者处募得 1.61 亿美元资金

2月1日消息，美国德克萨斯证券交易所（TXSE）母公司表示，该交易所已提交作为美国全国性证券交易所运营的申请文件，目标于 2026 年启动。该交易所称，希望扭转美国上市公司数量持续下降的趋势，解决其所称的“企业上市及维持上市地位成本过高”问题。该交易所同时表示，已从超 48 家投资者处募得 1.61 亿美元资金，包括贝莱德、城堡证券、嘉信理财等企业巨头，以及 Jump Trading 等美国主要做市商和交易机构。（路透社）
