According to official news, Liquidity Staking Protocol Lido has announced that the Community Staking Module (CSM) is now completely permissionless and open to everyone. Only 2.4 ETH is required as a deposit to submit the first validator key. Subsequent validator deposits are reduced to 1.3 ETH. Early adopters can still enjoy a discounted deposit (1.5 ETH) for the first validator.
