中金：美联储暂停降息才能继续降息

美联储1月FOMC会议决定按兵不动，维持基准利率在4.25%-4.5%不变，与市场预期一致。后续还能否降息？中金公司研报认为，没有必要就此认为美联储后续无法降息。从利率的反身性效果看，当前越不预期降息反而有助于降息，就像去年9月越担心衰退反而越不会衰退一样，因此当前认为无法降息与9月认为美联储需要连续大幅降息所出的问题是一样的。（金十）
