GnosisDAO has launched a new proposal to strengthen Gnosis's position in the Web3 infrastructure space. They plan to invest in HOPR to create a private, decentralized VPN called Gnosis VPN. Voting closes on April 23rd.
The proposal consists of two phases: first building the VPN library and Gnosis VPN browser extension, then working on future product extensions and user experience. GnosisDAO will receive HOPR tokens at a 30% discount as a return on its $1.50 million investment.
