Canadian technology company Matador announced an increase of 3.38 BTC at a price of CAD 500,000 (US $347,022), with an average price of $102,703. Following the acquisition, Matador currently holds approximately 64.69 BTC (and Bitcoin equivalents) and plans to acquire $350,000 worth of BTC in the near future. In addition, Matador announced that it also holds cash reserves of approximately 2.30 million CAD and 2 kilograms of physical gold (approximately 264,000 CAD).
