ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED, a Hong Kong-listed company, has issued an announcement to disclose the acquisition authorization of potential cryptocurrency acquisitions, which states that 12 months from the date of the shareholders' formal adoption of the ordinary resolution on cryptocurrency authorization and potential cryptocurrency acquisitions at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the period will authorize and empower the board of directors to acquire cryptocurrencies with a total amount of not more than US $48 million in open market transactions, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), TEDA (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and Dogecoin.
